💼 Job Responsibilities

| 1 | Full project life cycle ownership: manage successful delivery from initiation to deployment of major or multiple minor initiatives |
| 2 | Ensure projects align with and support strategic objectives |
| 3 | Report project success criteria, metrics, test, and deployment management activities |
| 4 | Prepare baseline schedules for monitoring and control |
| 5 | Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims |
| 6 | Manage overall planning and scheduling functions of the project |
| 7 | Liaise with stakeholders, interpret project contracts, and safeguard organizational interests |
| 8 | Coordinate technical backup with parallel departments and manage project cash flow |
| 9 | Develop and revise project plans in coordination with Senior Manager Architecture |
| 10 | Ensure project execution efficiency and safety through construction procedure development |
| 11 | Identify and mitigate Health, Safety, and Environment risks |
| 12 | Manage project engagement aspects: planning, vendor relations, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues |
| 13 | Ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards |
